Our Services

There are no one size fits all packages when it comes to birth & postpartum support. Families are unique, and have different needs when they are preparing to bring a new person into the world, and into their home. Regardless if you are looking for an unmedicated birth, or an efficiently timed epidural, I help people prepare for it all safe from judgement.

While some may require only a couple sessions to get them "up and running", others may benefit from weeks of support until they feel comfortable in their new roles. I offer an a la carte approach to postpartum packages, you can mix and match your days and nights and feel confident we will find a balance that works for your family.

Daytime Postpartum Support

Daytime sessions never get boring, because they never look the same! During these sessions we cover may cover any of the following topics: Babywearing, swaddling, breastfeeding, newborn behavior. Or hey, you may take a nap while I wear your baby and make you dinner.
$50 an hour,
minimum 3 (2-3 hour) sessions
Overnight Postpartum Support

We all know the name of the game for overnight support is Sleepy McSleeperson. I help you create healthy sleep solutions that work for your family. Will you sleep all night? No (sorry, I am not a unicorn), the goal is maximize your sleep between feeding sessions so you have more steam the next day.
$50 an hour, 6 hour sessions
-can be booked in 6-8 hour sessions
-minimum 2 (6 hour) sessions
Birth Doula Services

Everyone pictures their birth differently. I want to help you create a realistic pathway to achieve the birth you hope for in a judgment free zone. My birth services include the following:
Three prenatals. The first VIA Zoom, the following two in person! We will cover birth plans, coping techniques and so much more!
Unlimited email support from sign up.
Text & phone support from 34 weeks on.
Virtual support for early labor
Hands on birth support from active labor through second stage
Up to 90 minutes support after the big debut to support first latch and any repair work
1 two hour postpartum session to be used within the first two weeks from the time you get home
Text support for four weeks postpartum

Birth & Pregnancy Consulting Services

Maybe you already know exactly who you want surrounding you, or you are very private and don’t want anyone with you while you are in labor! That doesn’t mean you don’t have questions, or need help sifting through the mountains of information out there. Think of this package as “Birth Services Lite”. My consulting package includes the following:

Virtual Postpartum Support

I get it, you don’t want anyone coming over and seeing the dishes in the sink. Or you are going to have a house full of help, and the idea of someone else in the mix is more stress! But much like pregnancy, you still have 9834 questions and you don’t want to google. I am here for it. Think of this package as your phone a friend:
A four week virtual package you can use as much as you like
If booked prior to birth, one in-home prenatal to put together a postpartum plan and answer any questions about newborn care or nursery setup you may have!
From the second your baby is born, unlimited text support to address the many things that come up throughout the day, breastfeeding questions,
Telephone support from 9a-9p daily.
Access to my calendar to schedule 30 minute Zoom check-ins on any topic that is coming up for you (sometimes the things listed above require more description or a more personal connection than texting or a phone call can convey).
